With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the pool industry, Tom’s journey began in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he built and managed his own pool service routes through dedication, persistence, and a strong commitment to learning. Early in his career, he worked closely with industry professionals and suppliers such as Coral Pool Supply, gaining invaluable practical knowledge while mastering the foundations of professional pool care.

As his experience grew, Tom quickly realized that true pool management extends far beyond simple cleaning. Proper water care requires an understanding of circulation systems, equipment performance, water chemistry, preventative maintenance, and the relationship between water quality and human experience.

Driven by a desire to become a complete resource for his clients, Tom immersed himself in every aspect of the industry — from equipment diagnostics and repairs to advanced water balancing, inspections, filtration systems, and long-term pool health management.

After relocating to Arizona, Tom expanded his studies even further, exploring the science of water biology, structured water concepts, environmental balance, and the role healthy water plays in overall wellness and lifestyle. His evolving philosophy blends technical expertise with a deeper appreciation for water as a living element that impacts relaxation, restoration, and quality of life.

Today, Tom combines practical field experience with a forward-thinking approach that integrates pool science, sustainable water management, and holistic outdoor living. To further strengthen his professional expertise, Tom earned his CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification and became fully licensed and bonded within the pool industry. He later expanded his credentials by obtaining his Pool Inspector certification along with additional specialized training through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, one of the industry’s leading educational organizations.

Committed to continual growth and mastery of his craft, Tom is now advancing into high-end pool design and construction through Genesis — the nation’s premier certification program for elite pool builders, designers, and watershape professionals.

Tom’s long-term vision is to achieve Master-level status in pool design and construction, specializing in luxurious, naturally inspired aquatic environments that blend modern engineering, sustainable practices, and advanced scientific principles.
