Services

Professional consultation, project planning and execution.

CW Pools provides professional consultation and project services for clients who want more than a standard pool installation or maintenance approach.
Our work combines practical pool expertise, water-quality knowledge, equipment evaluation, system design and thoughtful project planning — to create water environments that are functional, beautiful, and designed around the client's goals.

1. Professional Consultation

Professional consultation — $250
A professional consultation is the opportunity to discuss your property, your pool or water system, the challenges you are having, your goals, and the solutions available to you.
Consultation may include:
  • Review of the existing pool or water system
  • Discussion of water-quality concerns
  • Equipment and system assessment
  • Identification of potential improvements
  • Review of project goals and priorities
  • Professional recommendations
  • Preliminary discussion of available solutions
Consultation is a professional service and is billed accordingly.

2. Project Planning & System Design

Project planning & system design — from $750
When a project requires more than a consultation, CW Pools can provide detailed planning and system-development services.
Depending on the project, this may include:
  • Site and system evaluation
  • Equipment recommendations
  • Water-management planning
  • System configuration
  • Project specifications
  • Materials and equipment planning
  • Installation sequencing
  • Coordination requirements
  • Project budgeting and scope development
  • Preparation for implementation
The planning stage establishes a clear roadmap before execution begins.

3. Project Execution

Project execution — custom proposal
For clients who choose to move forward, CW Pools can provide project execution and implementation services based on the scope and complexity of the project.
Execution may include:
  • Equipment installation or coordination
  • System modifications
  • Water-management system implementation
  • Equipment setup and configuration
  • Project oversight
  • Testing and verification
  • Final system review
  • Client orientation
Because every property and every system is different, execution is quoted according to the actual scope of work.

Pre-purchase & real estate pool services

Know the pool before you buy the property.

A pool can be one of the most valuable features of a property — or one of its most expensive surprises.

Before purchasing a home with a pool, buyers often look at the surface: the water, the tile, the decking, the landscaping, and whether everything appears to be working. But the real questions are usually underneath.

  • What condition is the equipment in?
  • Is the circulation system properly designed?
  • Is the filtration adequate?
  • What will the system cost to operate?
  • Are there hidden equipment problems?
  • Is the water properly balanced?
  • What may need to be replaced or upgraded?
CW Pools provides professional pool and water-system evaluations for buyers, sellers, real-estate professionals and property owners who want a better understanding of what they are actually purchasing.

Pre-purchase pool evaluation

Pre-purchase pool & equipment evaluation — $450

A comprehensive water & equipment assessment, where a property needs deeper review, is $500–$650 depending on the system.

An evaluation can include

  • Pool and spa equipment inspection
  • Pump and circulation system review
  • Filtration system assessment
  • Plumbing and hydraulic considerations
  • Heater and associated equipment
  • Water-quality assessment
  • Visible signs of leaks or equipment problems
  • Condition of major components
  • Maintenance history where available
  • Identification of aging or obsolete equipment
  • Potential repair or replacement concerns
  • Recommendations for immediate and future improvements
The purpose isn't simply to tell you whether a pool is good or bad. It is to help you understand the system.

For buyers

A beautiful pool can hide an expensive equipment problem. Our evaluation gives prospective buyers information they can use when making one of the largest decisions of their lives.

You may discover that a system is well designed and ready to enjoy. Or you may discover that an apparently beautiful pool needs significant equipment investment. Either way, knowing before you buy is valuable.

For sellers and realtors

A professional pool evaluation can also help sellers and real-estate professionals understand the condition of a property's water system before it becomes an issue during a transaction.

Identifying problems early can allow the owner to address them — or accurately disclose and account for them — before closing.

Beyond the inspection

Sometimes the evaluation reveals an opportunity rather than a problem. An older system may be functional but inefficient. Equipment may be approaching the end of its useful life. Filtration may be inadequate for the pool. Or a property may be an excellent candidate for a redesigned water-management system.

In those cases, CW Pools can move from evaluation to consultation, system planning, equipment selection and project execution.

Sedona and beyond

Sedona properties are unique. The landscape, climate, water conditions, architecture, terrain and expectations of property owners can create very different requirements from a conventional pool environment.

Our approach is to understand the property first, and then determine what the water system needs. Because when you're buying the property, you're buying the system too.

A better way to buy a pool property

Whether you're purchasing a Sedona retreat, selling an Arizona home, renovating an existing pool or evaluating a property as an investment, CW Pools can help you understand what's beneath the surface.

Don't just inspect the pool. Understand the system.

A professional approach

CW Pools does not take a one-size-fits-all approach to water.
Every project begins with understanding what the client has, what they want to accomplish, and what solution makes the most sense for their property.
Our goal is not simply to put equipment around a pool. Our goal is to develop a water system that works.
Better Water. Brighter Living.
